That was a candid conversation I had with the organisers of MELC (Malaysian Employment Laws Conference) as they explained what makes their conference different from the rest.
Last year, all participants of the conference broke a National Record by assembling the “Largest Indoor Merdeka-Themed Human Mosaic,” and to commemorate this success, each participant was awarded with certificates and a medal. This year, they aim to break another National Record.
The Olympics are coming. While we’re not super athletes capable of breaking world records to win medals, why not consider joining the MELC 2024 Conference from August 13th to 15th at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya, and be part of history with fellow HR practitioners breaking another National Record.
