If you want your department to improve, you need brutally honest feedback.
If you want brutally honest feedback, create a feedback survey that is anonymous.
You will be hearing many things you might not like.
To the extent that you feel like slapping the person – if only you knew who it was (the survey is anonymous, remember?)
But it’s necessary. If we want to improve, we must be open to hard truths. I dare you.
