Right before the announcement of my category’s winner, someone asked me, “Did you prepare a thank you speech?” I said, “Not really, because I am very sure AminxAdib will win.” And they did!
I remember when I first started this influencer journey, it was truly uncharted territory for me. So, what I did was start following all these young successful influencers, observing what they did and learning from them.
When I met AminxAdib at the Melodi interview not too long ago to promote the TikTok Awards show, it was such a lovely experience. You would be amazed how wise these 24-years-old are. Though they don’t have the rich working experience I do, that doesn’t make them any less competent.
They are so humble, well-mannered and I must say, I am impressed with their networking skills – very smart boys! So, for all of you who find it difficult working with the younger generations, I’ll tell you this: Find the joy in working with them because they are the future.
If you give them the chance, you might be surprised what you can learn from them. Like these boys teaching me this pose of making two hearts with our hands, fostering workforce harmony.
