Honestly, I never realised HR was so unpopular until I ventured into social media. Where I worked, HR was always the heart of the office buzz and loved.
So, I’ve decided to share with the public the initiatives I spearheaded and the changes I made in my previous role as HR Director.
I remember my initial years taking over HR coincided with a J-SOX audit, and we performed poorly with seven major findings. My boss encouraged us, saying, “It’s okay, when we’re at the bottom, the only direction we can go is up.” And up we went!
Together, our dedicated HR team tackled each issue head-on, and by the following year, we celebrated zero major findings – a massive win for us! Yay!
Next Thursday, I will be at the newly refurbished Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC), unpacking our journey to making HR beloved once again. HR practitioners eager for a fresh perspective, check out the details in the poster below and come connect!
Happy weekend, everybody! Wishing you all a fantastic weekend filled with joy and inspiration <3
