Who’s the Problem?

I posted a video about high turnover with this caption:

“Dear Narcissist Boss, the problem is you. Trust me. It’s definitely you.”

Then, this comment came in:

“Employees have other issues like stress from workload, colleagues, and salary. If the manager is understanding and not toxic, people tend to stay and go through it together.”

I have to say, that comment is so real. Don’t you think?
