Right now, I’m collecting workplace horror stories about difficult bosses. I plan to link these to real-life Industrial Court cases in Cerita Hantu Kerja to bring the rakyat’s stories to life.
Plus, I’m thinking of a new series – #BebelHR: AuntyHR’s Survival Guide (working title for now) – which will offer practical, tutorial-style guidance on managing workplace discipline and protecting employee rights. Think of it like ajar orang masak-masak, but for HR, with step-by-step advice for solving workplace issues. You think it’ll work better?
