In my latest GRWM videos on YouTube, I insisted on including my producer’s name in the end credits because, for me, it’s important to give credit where it’s due. At just 25, she can be quite assertive – I sometimes even find her bossy hahahaha… but I absolutely love it!
She directs me on what to do and what to avoid, all with a gentle, albeit passive-aggressive, touch.
As someone two generations older, I must admit that I do find some of her ideas rather cringe. However, embracing the younger generation’s fresh perspective is essential as they take over the workplace. So, I chose to support her vision and go with the flow.
To my delight, this GRWM series has been a success, recently surpassing 5K views within a week – a milestone I’ve been striving to achieve for months.
