🎯  Proactive: “Or… we should stop treating employees like disposable batteries and actually invest in retention?”

🚨 Reactive: “Oh no… everyone’s burnt out! Let’s do a wellness webinar!”
🎯  Proactive: “Or… we could just stop glorifying overwork and actually respect work-life balance?”

🚨 Reactive: “Oh no… there’s an office drama warzone! Let’s do conflict resolution training!”
🎯  Proactive: “Or… what if we hired/promoted better managers to begin with?”

🚨 Reactive: “Oh no… we’re not attracting top talent!”
🎯  Proactive: “Or… maybe, just maybe, job ads that say ‘We work like a family’ but offer below-market pay aren’t working?”

Some leaders wait for disasters to happen and then panic. Others see the disaster brewing from a mile away and do something about it. Choose the right side. Less damage control, more actual control.

Be proactive, not reactive.
