My Bebel HR Show’s Executive Producer told me, “People don’t go to YouTube to learn about HR.”
Hmph. That statement irked me!
So in the next few GRWM episodes, I’m taking on the challenge! To debunk what people say can’t be done… and do it anyway!
I’ll be compiling FAQs on specific topics related to the Employment Act, and answering them in bite-sized episodes. Starting with this one: All about Annual Leave.
My hope is that by the end of at least 4 episodes, both employees and employers will have a better grasp of their employment rights – without needing to consult their HR.
(Especially since many of my followers have told me… their HR not very helpful. 🫣)
Next episode, I’ll be covering sick leave, followed by public holiday matters.
