Sometimes, we complain about our boss like they’re the villain of the century.
The absolute worst!!
But… if we choose to stay, that’s also our decision.
We can’t say “This company is rotten” and yet never update our resume.
We can’t say ” My boss doesn’t value me” and yet stay quiet about our achievements.
We can’t say “I’m STUCK here” and never explore another path.
If we decide to stay → then stay with our eyes open, manage the situation, set boundaries, and own the choice.
If we decide to leave → then go with dignity, find a better place, and own that choice too.
Either way, let’s not victimise ourselves.
Happy long weekend, everybody! Remember, we can’t keep victimising ourselves while continuing to accept the environment we’re in.
So either we accept it and make peace.
Or we change it and make progress.
