Finlit Media is looking for:
• Producers
• Video Editors
• Business Development Executive
• Social Media Executive
Be warned: this is a startup media agency. Nothing exotic.
You can google the JD. What matters more is how you work, not just what you know.
Because time is precious (read: we don’t have the luxury to train and babysit, hence the need for people who can plug in and run), here’s what to expect:
• A min of 1 year relevant working experience is required.
• Fresh grads will be considered only for the Video Editor role, but please know we work fast and your ability to cope matters.
• This is an office-based role in Kota Damansara.
• WFH is case-by-case, for special circumstances only.
• Working hours we try our best to keep things within 9 to 6, Mondays to Fridays but hours can be flexible too depending on projects.
If you’ve worked in a media agency before… I can confidently say the hours are much more bearable hehe…
The two attributes we care about the most are consistency and discipline.
If you lack these, it’s not going to work.
So, if you are a Malaysian or PR and within the remuneration package of RM3K to RM8K (depending on role & experience), here’s how the recruitment process works:
1. Email your resume to career@finlitmedia.co
2. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email to compete a HireFlix virtual inteview, which must be done within 4 days.
3. If management likes what they see, you’ll be invited for a physical interview at Finlit Media’s office.
(Yes, I may join the interview. I want to choose the person producing my shows too).
