For most of us, Monday is the first working day of the week, and honestly…. not many people are thrilled about it.
But then again, Monday is expected. I mean, it shows up every week, right?
It’s not like it arrives unannounced and shocked us with its existence.
Corporate life has taught me not be reactive, but we can be a little more proactive about it.
That’s why every Monday on Instagram, I do Ask AuntyHR Anything in my Stories.
It’s inspired by Adam Mosseri, Head of Instagram, who has been doing his Ask Me Anything every Friday for the past seven years.
Consistency is sexy.
Instead of dreading Mondays, I now look forward to them because it’s my day to engage, listen, and talk to my followers.
