The Ten Commandments of Leadership

1. Thou shalt not call everything urgent.
2. Thou shalt not schedule meetings that could have been an email.
3. Thou shalt not ask for feedback and then punish honesty.
4. Thou shalt not confuse fear with respect.
5. Thou shalt give credit where credit is due.
6. Thou shalt not play favourites. Even when thou hast favourites. 👀
7. Thou shalt respect thy people’s working hours. Their evenings are not thine.
8. Thou shalt admit when thou art wrong.
9. Thou shalt not make thy poor planning everyone else’s emergency.
10. Thou shalt remember being the boss does not mean thou art always right.
