For the past two years, after leaving my corporate job, I’ve been experimenting with a variety of projects across the education and entertainment industries.
And now, after two years, I’m ready for my next step in this career transition.
In collaboration with E2 Workforce Consulting, I’ll be hosting my inaugural conference, the first E2 HR/IR Conference 2026.
Those close to me know this.
I’ve always wanted to host a HR festival, something inspired by Coachella’s energy.
This conference, happening from 11th to 13th May 2026 at Le Meridien, Petaling Jaya, is my first real step toward turning that vision into reality.
I’m so, so grateful that Victor Gan, Founder & CEO of E2, my Gen Y parter-in-crime with 18 years of experience organising IR/HR conferences, is fully-supportive of bringing a little AuntyHR Gen Z quirkiness into the event.
I believe there will be small surprises that you haven’t experienced before.
For starters, my friendly “competitor”, Tim Tiah, will be speaking.
I’ve exchanged words with Tim a few times, and trust me, you don’t want to miss this. For someone who has survived depression, I find him incredibly courageous in expressing his opinions boldly and unapologetically.
I truly admire him for that.
