#Closure

Dear Recruiters,

I understand that we are receiving more applications these days. That means more emails.

Probably half of those cover emails are copied and pasted. But read it anyways. And respond.

Suitable, not suitable, shortlisted, not shortlisted, at least give the applicants a closure.

Because when we are on the other side of the fence, we would want the same.
