My experience in corporate always remind me it is never a one-man show. Everybody depends on one another to support each other so that we could hold the fort strong.
You need me to listen to your feedback as much I need you to listen to mine.
You need me to do my job well as much I need you to do yours as well.
When there is a problem, we should stop pointing fingers at each other but come together how to resolve it.
Lend a helping hand even if it’s not asked for. Accept the help even if it’s not asked for.
Just like how one of my fav Henry Ford sayings, “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
