It’s true you know. Esp when you are a leader, it’s always team before self. And my boss is one that is super particular with employees’ safety.
Every time I hear/read about a disaster news happening in our country, be it man-made or natural, the next thing I know, my phone will be beeping.
My boss will call or text me to discuss what is needed to be done immediately & next to ensure all employees are safe. It didn’t matter what time of which day it’ll be.
Because very important to us, employees safety always come first.
