Over the years, Lucas and me banyak drama jugak hahaha…
Like there was this one time I logged into a call and I actually said, “This Lucas ah, I don’t really like him also,” and unknowingly, Lucas has logged into the call already and heard me. Regardless what day I was having, we all can agree it was totally uncalled for. So I sent him a personal apology and I was very lucky that he accepted my apology graciously.
Anyways, during lunch we were talking about praising and criticizing. He said, “If we reprimand people in public, we must also have the guts to compliment people in public.” It makes so much sense too. Jangan always ingat kutuk orang je, must also remember to puji. It was a very good reminder.
So now, I want to puji Lucas. The years I have been working with him, I can see that he is always trying to be a better leader. Honestly, some days I do see him struggling but at least he is always trying. He has progressed to be less defensive and more open to listening. Honestly too, that is something I can learn from!
After lunch, I ajak Lucas to teman me shopping. Again, the gracious person he is, he said yes to me and during shopping he gave me good tips on what to buy and what not to buy. Aaaahhhh… now I know, that Lucas is also very good shopping partner!
Looking forward to more dramas together, so we can continuously learn from each other =}
