When MITI announced that manufacturing sector companies that are not listed as essential services in MCO3 are allowed to operate based on the rate of their fully vaccinated workers, MITI has asked companies to declare the number and names of their fully vaccinated employees in the CIMS 3.0 system. Though we are not from the manufacturing industry, like a lot of companies, we are also preparing for this and started to track the vaccination rate among our employees. We have also asked for employees to submit their vaccination e-Cert to verify their vaccination status.
In the month of August, the HR team organized mini e-townhalls from branch to branch and in the townhalls, I have been updating the branches the vaccination rate among our employees. From townhall to townhall, week after week, I update this particular page of my presentation slide & it’s really nice to learn there is good progress in our vaccination rate.
I hope it’s the same at where you are working too as we march towards herd immunity.
