If you’re unsure which keywords to use, one trick is to study the words recruiters use in job advertisements. In some cases, they like to bold certain words to emphasise the importance of particular skills, qualifications, or attributes that applicants must have.
Sometimes you’ll also see them use the phrase “nice to have” such as “Experience in the workforce solutions industry is nice to have.” While not critical, possessing that particular skill means you have the leverage to negotiate a higher remuneration package. Therefore, including terms like “workforce solutions industry” can be beneficial.
