The next time you feel like blaming HR for everything, take a moment to ponder:
Did HR approve the policies, or were they just enforcing them?
Did HR make the decision, or were they simply delivering the hard truth?
Did HR break something, or were they just trying to fix the mess someone else left behind?
HR isn’t perfect. But let’s be honest – who is? Deep down, I want to believe HR cares deeply about people and the company.
HR juggles compliance with compassion, strategy with support, and sometimes, HR does all this while silently being the department everyone loves to hate.
So, take a moment to appreciate each other. After all, we’re all working hard toward the same goal – building a workplace that works for everyone.
