I’m writing this post from Miri’s airport as I wait for my flight back to chaotic KL. After conducting my two-day HR Interrupted training, I extended my stay for three days to take a break and recharge.
My love to my fans-turned-friends who showed me around this lovely and peaceful city and introduced me to some amazing food! I’ve lost count of how many bowls of Sarawak Laksa I’ve had hehehehe… 😆
One thing I feel we can all learn from the East Malaysian workforce is their true sense of unity. Everywhere I went, I saw a workplace culture that embraced diversity and worked together so harmoniously. Even as a guest, I never once felt like an outsider.
When it comes down to it, unity isn’t just about tolerance. Its about genuine respect, appreciation, and the willingness to lift each other up, regardless of background. There’s so much we can take from that. 💛
Happy weekend, everybody! May we all aspire for more harmony, more kindness, and more Sarawak Laksa in life. 😆
