It seemed that this culture is quite popular in the workplace today, especially with the younger generation and the play part. I’m sure it’s not surprising for even the older ones will say I like to play too and I am young at heart hehe….
During this lockdown, mental health concerns are on the rise. People are getting more anxious and depressed. That is why its important for HR to constantly put in effort to engage with employees like organizing activities and games. So for us employees, it be nice if we appreciate their efforts by participating too.
As busy as we are, I’m sure we could spare that 1 hour play time & catch up with work later. Besides, like the saying goes, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. So take a break, play a game and go back to work with sprits lifted fresh!
