Then I commented, “That is a long subtitle you have under your name haha…”
One subject lead to another and came the surprise, we graduated from the same secondary school in Sandakan!
What a small world! We exchanged numbers, went out for lunch and that is how I got to know to Wilson – through the Internet, despite we stayed near each other for so long when we were kids.
Anyways, when my sister-in-law passed, I reached out to him to arrange a resting place for her. He was so patient answering my endless questions and helping to coordinate the logistics.
So today I want to give a shout out to him for being so helpful with my late sister-in-law’s resting place. Honestly, such good service is hard to come by these days. His politeness & patience coupled with his swift response & constant follow ups has definitely given me the great customer experience. And I truly appreciate it.
