I am a sucker when it comes to packaging. I do love things when they are wrapped up all pretty & color coordinated.
But more importantly I am a sucker when it comes to good service. This, I don’t mind paying a bit extra in exchange of better service.
Especially when the shopkeeper remembers me & my order. They look at me, and ask, “The usual?” I would nod in joy, and reply, “Yes, the usual.”
It goes the same when I am selecting vendors for my company. Not always the cheapest will win.
Quality does matter. Especially when it comes to service.
