I see people were so excited to go get vaccinated, they went dressed up in costumes. So, I thought to myself, why not.
I was delighted when I was able to fit into my 2016 annual dinner dress & I was even more delighted when I had my 2nd vaccine completed.
Regardless of the state of the government right now, I am grateful that they managed to have me completed my vaccination safely.
And I am grateful too that my company gave us the day off to be vaccinated.
I remember when I had my first dose. I was so nervous (esp after reading about how people suffered from the side effects). I am one of those lucky ones, just a sore arm for a day for both doses.
Probably, it’s also because I took Panadol for the first 3 days though I was feeling okay. Because I believe prevention is better than cure.
And oh yes, not forgetting about having coconut water too . Because I am also a believer of better be safe than sorry.
Go get vaccinated, everybody.
