Today is Day 1 we open our office to our employees to check in since FMCO.
Though we still encourage employees to work from home, we do understand some would need to use the office facilities for different reasons. Like for better internet connection, to scan & print documents, a quiet working space away from screaming kids etc.
Here on the left is Shankar from our IT team & on the right is Irene from our HR team, social distancing (important that!). These 2 departments are very important in any organizations, more during this pandemic. Machines & morale need to be up and running.
In a lot of things that we do, be it in IT or in HR or any department in fact, showing up is very important. Since last week both teams have been back to the office to prepare for the opening. Needless to say, on the first day, it’s even more important to show up.
And I am glad to say as of mid-day now, so far so good!
