I remember when I was in school I was quite active in participating in co-curriculum activities.
Sometimes I was just a member participating and I get the experience how to work in a team as a follower.
Sometimes I was given the responsibility to be in charge in projects and I get the experience how to work in a team as a leader.
Now that I am a working adult & reflecting back those experiences I gained back I was in school, it did help to shape my career today.
And it’s the same with the small jobs we take. The 6 months internship. The 2 months part time job here, The 3 months gig we completed there. The mini projects that we participate in at work.
So when you see an opportunity to volunteer to participate & learn, go for it. For every experience does count.
