Words

“It’s only words, and words is all I have to take your hear away,” sang Ronan Keating.

But you know what, it’s not only about words. It’s about what action you take after your words.

Because as leaders (or anyone that matters actually), our words need to mean something. And for our words to mean something, there has to be action that comes with them or after them.

So if we want our words to carry weight, make sure we deliver what we promise, it’s as simple as that. Hijacking Mr. Franklin’s words, after all, “Well done is better than well said.”
