This is Anney.
Anney has been working with us for quite a long time. In her career journey with us, like most people, there were good times and also bad times. However, whatever the times were, Anney has always been high in energy.
This picture was taken sometime in Q4 2021, after the 2022 budget was being rolled out to operations heads on what is expected of them to achieve in the following year. Now, Anney’s branch target was increased by 38%. Honestly, even before the pandemic, that is like really high. But look at Anney’s smile.
During lunch, she told me this, “We will make it Ling. I accept the challenge and I will show you my plan how I am going to exceed this.”
And that is Anney.
She is a fighter. She doesn’t dwell in the past and is determined to move on no matter how hard the situation is. That is something I find really admirable about her. She just doesn’t give up! Just like the saying “When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.”
