This is Shree.
Shree is very, very tall. In fact, Shree is the tallest person in our company. Well, was actually. Because Shree recently left us for a competitor. So I ajak him to go for this farewell lunch.
Shree is one of this very hardworking ones who travels to and fro Seremban-KL for work daily prior the pandemic. During lunch I’ve learnt that he did this for his mother. His mum is on long term medication and for someone who is also on long term medication, I can understand that it is not cheap.
He told me, “Money gone, can find again. But I have only one mother. If she is gone (knock on wood), no money in the world replace her.” Awww… I do find that so endearing.
And that is Shree.
He is aggressive when it comes to work, yet he is such a sweet and gentle soul at the same time. I also found out he is an avid movie fan like me. I am going to miss this gentle giant. Though to a competitor he went, I wish him all the success in his career all the same.
