This is Latha & Lisa.
Both of them are my supergirls in my L&D team. Some of the common feedbacks I received about them:
“Latha can really talk!” Oh yes, she can. Because she is very passionate about training.
“Lisa is so energetic!” Oh yes, she is. One cannot be in training if energy level is not high!
“Very informative and the speakers, full of passion.” Oh yes, they both are. They do know their stuff and of course when it comes to developing talents, it’s very close to their hearts.
And that is what the dynamic duo are.
Passionate, energetic and knowledgeable. And from the years I have worked with them, they are also very responsible which means a lot to me. They are very helpful too – always lending a helping help though it’s not in their JD.
So I thought, it be nice to bring them out for lunch to say thank you. Because I am really grateful to have them both in my team. And in my life.
