It’s an entertaining reality singing competition show, but I also realised when I pay a little more attention to the show, there is so many things I can learn about coaching.
But what I love the best is how important it is for the coaches to pay attention to the details. Especially during the Blind Auditions when the 4 celebrity coaches need to throw a pitch to the contestants to pick one of them as a coach.

4. It’s so important the details could be & needs to be. Because that’s also when the moment you truly want to coach a person to be successful.
