I put up this Out of Office Autoreply recently:
“Thank you for your email. I am on leave and have no plans to read my e-mails. Because we don’t do that when on vacation.
So, wait for me to come back tomorrow morning. All I am asking is for a half peaceful day.
Try it first. Try waiting for me.

People seemed to be having a ball with my out-of-office, which brought a smile to my face when I read the feedback the next day.
But most importantly, nobody called me that day when I was on leave. I did have a peaceful half day.
So blessed I am to have compliant colleagues who really tried and were successful in waiting for my return the next day.
