Degree holders, SPM & Diploma holders then pursued their MBAs later, SPM holder then took other certification courses.
Those are some of the best bosses I have worked for/with. One might argue, formal education is not as important as working experience, but to me it doesn’t make it any less important. I do find there is this degree of finesse (no pun intended) when one has paper qualification.
More structured their thoughts. And very data oriented too. Especially when they present their ideas.
Well, that is just me. I actually never had the privilege to work with any good boss who does not have much formal education.
So, I am curious, again. How about you? What min paper qualification you think a boss should have? Honestly.
