Today I received this message from my Assistant Manager:
“Hi Ling… I know this might be so sudden… I just want to thank you for being a very very great coach and leader to me… It just a random feeling I feel now. And I want to thank you… It reminded me on every meet up we had done… and I want to let you know I always feel great after speaking with you… Macam ade nur cahaya petunjuk after talking with you
… For myself, I understand its not easy to coach other person… It requires a lot of effort.”
There was no agenda. Just a random thank you note. It just feels so nice – even on a dog day.
