Everybody is excited. I am not sparred from the excitement too. After 3 years of organising virtual events, I honestly cannot do another celebration event through Microsoft Teams anymore.
Though everybody has adapted to Live events online by now, it’s just not the same, you know!
The spontaneous cheers, the view of colleagues from all around the country moving in swag across the ballroom taking selfies with one another, and of course, the food and hearing the loud clanking sounds of glasses knocking each other, “yaaaaaaaaaam seng!”
There is just this energy and excitement that comes from everybody when being together in the same space that virtual events will never, ever be able to replace! Don’t you agree?
And today, I want to thank everybody for jumping in to help me to source for the venue and transporter to organise our 2023 Annual Dinner & Dance event. It’s going to be the biggest event I’ve organised to date and I am super excited.
Exciting times indeed!
