3️⃣ HR wishes that stakeholders update payroll information before the agreed-upon cutoff date so we can pay everybody on time, every time, without any last minute payroll acrobatics.
4️⃣ HR wishes that all employees, especially the bosses, complete their mandatory trainings on time, so we don’t have to play the role of the training police.
5️⃣ HR wishes that the HRIS/HRMS be a true seamless system that can automate most boring processes from onboarding to offboarding with zero glitches.
