Someone asked me today, “Describe HR in three words.”

I said, “Busy, but busybody.” 🤭😂

Busy-lah! Busy calculating salary, busy handling people, busy making sure pantry cukup Milo. So busy!

We also need to busybody enough to know what’s going on. Not for fun, but so we can help and care 😆
