Sometimes, leadership it’s about being right.
It’s about doing what’s right – even if it means being uncomfortable.
Like…
Taking feedback from a junior, and not snapping back.
Letting someone else shine, without inserting “but I also…”
Holding back the urge to win an argument, and choosing to win trust instead.
I get it. Ego can be loud loud.
But leadership? Leadership can be quiet.
Being a strong leader doesn’t mean being overbearing. It means knowing when to speak, and when to shut up and listen.
So if you’re leading a team, especially in tough times, remember this:
You don’t have to be the loudest in the room. You just need to be the reason people stay.
Happy weekend, everybody. Remember, your ego’s not on payroll. Leave it at the door.
Please.
