This is Rose. She is one person I do not need to worry much about.
She almost single-handedly managed the visas for more than 300 expats in our company for the past few years. She is also one of those who takes pride in being independent and super reliable in what she does.
When she has a problem, she would always attempt to solve it first and most of the time her innovative ideas would work her way.
Though a fresh grad when she joined us officially back in year 2017, she was given a challenge to be able to insource our EP applications from 100% outsource to at least 50% by year end. She took the challenge and excelled in her delivery, achieving 100% of our EP applications insourced before the year ended.
Her professionalism in delivering exceptional services with uncompromised standards has enabled us to double our EP applications the following year.
Generous with her knowledge, Rose is always ready to share what’s in her brain on how to apply for work visa for expats with anybody. Customer-focused, she owns and resolves operations and candidates’ issues with urgency.
And what I like most about Rose is, when she helps, she helps cheerfully.
