This is a cute conversation I had with a young consultant today.
“You happy working here?”
“Yes, I am.”
“Sure anot, so stressful, no?”
“Yes, but there are other things to compensate the stress.”
“Interesting…”
“I feel if there is no stress, then there will be no drive,” she continued while holding her hands in a fist, moving forward in a circular motion.
So young. So cute.
It also reminded me the many people I know who does can produce better results when they are under pressure. That includes me sometimes. I am curious, how about you?
