Candidate X is the preferred choice but Candidate X is no longer available because we sent out the offer letter 1 day too late. So, we had decided to offer Candidate Y who might not be as perfect as Candidate X, but doesn’t mean Candidate Y is not going to work out. We will make Candidate Y just as successful the same on the job, right!
Anyways, with just 5 weeks away to our Annual Dinner & Dance event, I was not able to secure a hotel that can accommodate my need for 350 rooms with an available ballroom, so naturally I activated Plan B. We are going to split the team into 2 hotels and just like Candidate Y, we will make it work!
So today, I am looking for transporters. To ferry 150 people to & fro between Subang Airport and PJ. If you know anyone who is able to, let me know.
