There are 5 core values in my company: Authentic, Customer-Focused, Professionalism, Teamwork & Innovative.

The one I value the most is Authentic.

Because it’s so important that we be true to ourselves. So important we stand by our values and beliefs. It is also the foundation of trust and respect. But it’s not easy, I must say for one needs to be self-aware and be intelligent emotionally. And I do love a good challenge on that.
