I was chatting with a friend about the 1993 movie Schindler’s List. I described a scene to him.
A Jewish woman who was an engineer, against the SS guard’s command, approached the Commander at the construction site.
She explained that there was a problem with how the barracks base was constructed. If they didn’t tear it down, it would sink and collapse, she told them.
After listening to her, the Commander had the engineer shot in the head right there. Then, he instructed his officers to correct the construction mistakes like she had suggested.
I asked him, “What do you think about this scene?”
He said, “That is like corporate world.”
LOL. I can’t stop laughing with his answer because it’s so true too.
