I interviewed this person the other day. She wants to pursue her education part-time, so she is looking for a job that doesn’t require her to work overtime so she can attend her classes after office hours.
So I offered her the mobile front desk role. It pays not too shabby for someone with her experience and majority of the time, you are not required to stay back beyond office hours because the office will be closed. The job is also not too stressful, hence it won’t add up to the stress that she will have juggling between her work and studies.
She agreed and told me she was looking forward to meet the hiring manager with her cute little smile.
The hiring manager interviewed her and she told the hiring manager this, “Actually I am not keen to be a front desk. I prefer something else simpler.”
