In a job interview, this is a very common question: “Why did you leave your previous company?” or “Why do you want to leave your current company?”
And no matter how tempting it is, never-ever-ever badmouth about anyone. Ever.
At most, whatever had happened, perhaps we can just express our dissatisfaction diplomatically, if you get what I mean.
Because… hiring managers are always looking for positivity. A half glass full person instead of half glass empty. A person who is optimistic & futuristic.
Besides, whatever is done, is dusted. So more importantly now is that we focus on moving forth & emphasize what new opportunities we are looking forward to in our next step in our career, right?
Happy weekend everybody. While everybody is busy clearing their leaves, I, on the contrary, am getting super busy at work. It has been such a long, long week so I am really looking forward to this weekend to take a break so I can look forward to another busier week following the next.
