The story is about a war that broke out between the birds & the beasts. The Lion summoned his animals in the forest to fight in the war. So everybody came including the Asses and the Hares. The commanders however discharged the Asses and the Hares, saying such creates were unfit to go to combat. The Lion then said, “Do not be so hasty. The Asses will do very well for trumpeters and the Hares will make excellent letter carriers.”
The Lion was right. Everyone can be assigned to be part to contribute in a war.
It’s the same like when we go out with a bunch of friends in a trip. Everybody can play a role to contribute.
It’s the same like when we are in a family. Everybody can play a role to contribute
It’s the same like when we are in the workplace. Everybody can play a role to contribute.
The trick is, the Lion in the group need to identify the potential in everyone of us & give us the opportunity to contribute, if it make sense.
